Role Summary:

To maximize sales and market share of assigned Jamjoom products in the designated area by conducting sales promotions in line with the Company strategy, rules and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily field calls to promote assigned products to healthcare professionals
  • Deliver product detailing and key messages in line with marketing strategy
  • Maintain regular visit frequency and ensure full coverage of target customers
  • Build and sustain professional relationships with physicians, pharmacies, and clinics
  • Handle basic objections and provide accurate product information
  • Execute territory plans provided by the Sales Manager
  • Monitor and report competitor activities within the territory
  • Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems on a daily basis
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines, policies, and promotional standards
  • Participate in cycle meetings and basic product training sessions
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy
  • Experience minimum one year as medical representative
  • SCHS (شهادة التصنيف المهني)
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; including fluency in English language
  • Results oriented with ability to meet deadlines and handle challenging assignments
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting towards meeting established objectives
