About the Role

We are seeking a Medical Recruitment Specialist with deep knowledge of the Saudi Arabian healthcare market to source, evaluate, and onboard qualified professionals and vendors. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in recruiting doctors, nurses, paramedics, suppliers, ambulances, and medical equipment vendors, while navigating Saudi healthcare regulations and government platforms with confidence.

This role requires someone who is resourceful, well-connected, and familiar with the operational realities of the Saudi medical ecosystem—from hospitals and clinics to government portals and licensing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and recruit medical professionals (doctors, nurses, technicians, paramedics) across specialties.
  • Identify and establish partnerships with medical equipment and supply vendors (local and international).
  • Coordinate procurement and verification for ambulances, emergency supplies, and American-standard equipment.
  • Navigate Saudi Ministry of Health (MOH) and related government platforms for verification, licensing, and compliance.
  • Maintain a strong database of qualified candidates and trusted suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with all Saudi labor and healthcare regulations.
  • Manage communication and documentation for onboarding and credentialing.
  • Collaborate with management to forecast staffing needs and sourcing strategies.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in medical recruitment or healthcare supply sourcing within Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi medical licensing, NUPCO, Wasfaty, Seha, and MOH systems.
  • Proven track record in hiring for medical roles.
  • Network of trusted vendors and healthcare professionals within Saudi Arabia.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organization skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Preferably with a background in healthcare management, HR, or procurement.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with international medical suppliers (especially American and European).
  • Familiarity with tendering processes, government contracting, and import regulations for medical goods.
  • Ability to handle both individual recruitment and organizational sourcing (clinics, ambulance services, etc.).
