A healthcare organization in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Specialist Medical Physicist to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include planning complex radiotherapy treatments, performing quality assurance and dosimetry, managing radiation therapy equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Medical Physics/Biophysics and at least one year of relevant experience. The Specialist Medical Physicist will act as a scientific and technical expert, working directly under the Chief of Radiation Oncology and collaborating closely with the multidisciplinary team.
Core duties include:
Bachelor’s degree in Medical Physics/Biophysics.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in radiation oncology medical physics with demonstrated clinical proficiency.
Comprehensive knowledge of local, national, and international standards for safety and quality assurance.
Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) License, Ministry of Health (MOH) License, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate.
