Job description
Your Tasks
  • Building and developing business relationships with HCPs / Pharmacies to understand and address doctor and patient needs.
  • To impart knowledge (detailing) to HCPs / Pharmacies in order to generate recommendations for Eucerin.
Key Responsibilities
  • Detailing the Eucerin range to educate doctors through informative dialogue, effectively communicating the benefits of recommending Eucerin as a monotherapy or adjunct therapy in dermatological conditions, and ensuring doctors have a high level of product and disease state knowledge to confidently recommend the product. Manage the distribution of POS, samples, and other marketing materials to physicians.
  • When applicable, negotiate retail placement of Eucerin from the doctor’s office, set up an Eucerin cabinet, and assist with the ordering process to drive visibility, distribution, awareness, and sales.
  • Pharmacy Training: Responsible for ongoing front‑shop education of pharmacists, generating Eucerin recommendations, and providing training to large groups as organized by head office.
  • Congress and Events: Attend relevant congresses, arrange local events, and further develop medical practitioner and pharmacy relations to encourage product recommendations.
  • Planning: Manage territory through call and route planning to achieve efficient time/cost benefits, maintain a database of targeted client contacts (e.g., new dermatology offices opening).
  • Customer (Doctor) Issues: Respond to all queries and issues, internal and external, related to customer accounts.
  • Internal Meetings: Attend and contribute to internal meetings to support BDF functions.
  • Database Management: Update, manage, and analyze the doctors’ database.
  • PI Introduction: Where relevant, ensure PIs are introduced to customers appropriately and pricing is communicated, accepted, and facilitated in a timely, efficient manner.
  • Filing: Keep all account‑related information electronically filed on the BDF shared drive or in paper files, ensuring continual updates.
  • Competitor Activity: Regularly report competitor activities observed in the doctor’s office.
Key Requirements
  • Calls on, develops, and manages strong relationships with HCPs & pharmacists.
  • Maintains superior levels of product, market, and formulary information, translating product features into customer‑specific benefits.
  • Builds and maintains favorable relationships with key opinion leaders to enhance company professionalism and brand messaging.
  • Expert in portfolio indications related to the company’s products and brands.
  • Participates in all annual and mandatory internal training requirements.
  • Markets all products and drives sales through pharmacy/dispensing points.
  • Consults and trains on the company’s range of products and related medical conditions.
Your Profile
  • A tertiary qualification in Life Sciences, Sales, Marketing, or Business.
  • Minimum two years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical/dermacosmetic industry in KSA.
  • Strong sales performance track record.
  • Proficiency in English & Arabic (written & spoken).
  • Great presentation and communication skills.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
