Job Description
- Promoting products’ details to clients before signing, ensuring the requested service is available, collecting all required documents and data, and confirming payment completion.
- Building positive relationships through effective communication with clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable solutions.
- Closing B2B contracts with the potential clients.
- Verifying and matching all data for accuracy and following required procedures during contract signing.
- Receiving customer complaints, handling them positively, attempting to resolve all issues, and escalating to the direct manager if resolution is not possible.
- Submitting daily sales and client visits’ reports to the sector manager on the sales force system.
- Coordinating with relevant departments to resolve client issues and ensure medical worker handover.
- Following up on requests submitted by the call center and follow up with these leads.
- Maintaining a professional appearance and adhering to the full official uniform.
- Complying with procedures as outlined in the department’s procedural manual.
Education: BCs of Pharmacy or Science.
Experience: 1-2 years total experience in medical and pharmaceutical promotion is preferred.
License: Having a driving license is a must.
Residence area: Western area is a must.
Coverage area: Western + Southern Areas.
Willing to travel and cover remote areas.
