Job Purpose
The Media Buyer is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple online platforms. The role ensures efficient media spending, effective audience targeting, and continuous performance optimization to achieve marketing and sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage ad campaigns on Meta (WhatsApp & Instagram), TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant digital platforms.
- Optimize audience targeting based on demographics, interests, behavior, and geography.
- Develop campaign structures, including A/B testing, budget allocation, and funnel optimization strategies.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Optimize key performance metrics, including CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
- Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to create compelling ad creatives and messaging.
- Manage promotional activities and ad campaigns within delivery apps.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting insights, results, and improvement recommendations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital advertising or performance marketing.
- Proven experience managing campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs and campaign analytics.
- Proficiency with advertising dashboards and analytics tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in the lighting or sanitary ware industry is a plus.
