Job description

Overview

Perform routine inspections and maintenance on mechanical equipment and machinery, including trucks and loading/unloading machinery, conveyor belts, and other grain handling systems.

Operate and troubleshoot mechanical systems to ensure smooth operations.

Respond promptly to mechanical malfunctions, minimizing downtime and ensuring the continuous flow of wheat distribution.

Diagnose and execute timely repairs on mechanical equipment.

Collaborate closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to plan and prioritize mechanical maintenance tasks.

Maintain accurate records of mechanical maintenance activities.

On request and with the support of the maintenance supervisor, generate reports on mechanical system performance and issues addressed.
