Job summary

A chemical industry company in Al Jubayl is seeking a maintenance technician to oversee the maintenance and repair of pumps and other plant equipment. Key tasks include conducting inspections, servicing machinery, and maintaining records of maintenance activities. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience with condition monitoring devices, and the ability to lead teams during shutdown. Responsibilities

• Maintain, inspect, and service all types of pumps.
• Conduct alignment methods like Rim & face.
• Repair compressors, heat exchangers, and other equipment.
• Update Maintenance Supervisor on emergency observations.
• Carried out daily visual inspections.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Maintenance, Inspection, and servicing of all types of pumps like Centrifugal Pumps.
• Conducting Alignment method Rim & face, Reverse D.I.
• Repairing of comp, heat exchangers and other plant equipment's.
• Assets in improving Maintenance Work.
• Update Maintenance Supervisor with the Needs with any emergency or abnormal observations.
• Carried out visual Inspection in daily basis.
• Fulfil the PM Plan as Per SAP Maintenance Order.
• Dismantling and inspection of main bearing, big end bearing, small end bearing, cross head, thrust washer, oil pump gear clearance inspection and piston pumping clearance, TDC, BDC inspection, suction, and delivery valve, opening clearance inspection.
• proper rectification of the seal checking and replacing.
• Preventive, predictive, and overhauling maintenance of rotary equipment's.
• Maintain proper record of maintenance activities. should lead a team and proper handling of manpower in Shutdown.

Skills

• Ability to analyze problems and to draw conclusion.
