Qualifications

• Must register with Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys for mechanical equipment and piping.
• Research previous survey evidence and document findings.
• Coordinate findings with engineering personnel and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Reports To: Mechanical Engineer / Project Manager

Job Summary: Conducts measurements, inspections, and surveys of Mechanical systems to ensure compliance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys for mechanical equipment and piping.
• Researches previous survey evidence, maps, deeds, physical evidence and other records to obtain data needed for surveys.
• Document survey findings.
• Coordinate the findings with work of engineering and architectural personnel, clients, and others that concerned with the project.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

• License Geodetic Engineer or Diploma/Bachelor\'s in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 3-5 years\' experience in the construction industry, of which the last 3 years must be a Mechanical Surveyor.
• Proficient in measurement tools and software.
• Strong attention to detail.

Preferred

• Driving License (yes).
• Experience with oil & gas or industrial projects.
• Knowledge of regional standards.

Other Requirements

Engineer/Technician must register with Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
