Qualifications

  • Strong practical experience in mechanical fabrication and repairs.
  • Able to read mechanical drawings and work with precision.

Overview

Black & Grey HR is hiring a Mechanical Senior Technician – Fabricator for a large multinational manufacturing group with a high-performing plant in Dammam. This is a hands-on workshop role where you’ll support fabrication, breakdowns, and planned maintenance to keep production running safely and reliably.

Responsibilities
  • Handle mechanical breakdown support within your area
  • Fabricate and repair components using lathe, milling, drilling, welding, grinding, and gas cutting
  • Execute PMs, corrective work, and shutdown maintenance as per plan
  • Maintain high standards of equipment availability, quality, and reliability
  • Support utilities maintenance when required (refrigeration, water, energy systems)
  • Follow strict HSE, GMP, and food safety practices
Qualifications
  • 5+ years workshop and mechanical maintenance experience (FMCG preferred)
  • Technical diploma or certification in Mechanical Trade or similar
  • Strong practical experience in turning, milling, welding, gas cutting
  • Able to read mechanical drawings and work with precision
  • Exposure to SAP PM is an advantage
