As a Mechanical and Piping Inspector, your expertise will ensure that all mechanical and piping installations are up to the requisite standards, thus safeguarding both operational integrity and environmental compliance. You will collaborate closely with project teams to drive the highest standards of quality and safety in our projects.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of mechanical and piping systems in accordance with Aramco standards and specifications.
  • Evaluate the quality of and workmanship during the installation and assembly of piping systems.
  • Prepare detailed inspection reports, documenting findings, non-conformances, and recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with project management and engineering teams to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Perform inspections at various stages of the construction process to ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams to rectify any identified issues.
  • Participate in quality meetings and discussions with stakeholders to communicate inspection findings and address concerns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical and piping inspection, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Must be Aramco-approved as a Mechanical and Piping Inspector.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of piping codes, standards, and specifications, including ASME, API, and others related to Aramco projects.
  • Experience with Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods and the ability to interpret inspection results accurately.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Proficient in using inspection tools and software for documentation and reporting.
