  • Review fabrication and workshop drawings to ensure accuracy and constructability.
  • Monitor material usage and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
  • Maintain high-quality standards throughout all fabrication stages.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on production progress and performance.
  • Ensure workshop compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Participate in equipment maintenance planning and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
  • 5 years of experience in metal fabrication, manufacturing, or industrial production.
  • Strong understanding of fabrication processes (cutting, bending, rolling, welding).
  • Experience with production planning, workflow optimization, and process improvement.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks is a plus.
