Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations at the metal fabrication workshop.
• Supervise production activities including cutting, bending, rolling, welding, and assembly.
• Plan and schedule production to meet project timelines and delivery targets.
• Review fabrication and workshop drawings to ensure accuracy and constructability.
• Monitor material usage and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Maintain high-quality standards throughout all fabrication stages.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on production progress and performance.
• Ensure workshop compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Participate in equipment maintenance planning and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
