  • Precast concrete products and architectural elements

We are seeking an experienced QS Mechanical Engineer to manage all quantity surveying tasks related to mechanical works in construction projects. The role focuses on accurate BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Key Accountability Areas

Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications for mechanical scope of works.

Prepare accurate BOQs, material take-offs, and cost estimates for mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, piping, etc.).

Coordinate with tendering, procurement, and site teams to validate quantities and costs.

Identify risks, variations, and cost impacts, and recommend solutions.

Maintain updated reports, records, and cost documentation.

Ensure compliance with mechanical standards, codes, and project requirements.

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, materials, and construction practices.

Proficiency in QS software and MS Office.

Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
