• 5+ years experience in smelting environment (mining, smelter, steel, etc) is preferred.
• Strong understanding of mechanical integrity programs and best practices.
• Experience with rotating equipment, hydraulic and material handling.
• Excellent problem solving skills and root cause analysis.
• The candidate is preferred to have P.E.
• Has experience in reliability methodologies (RCA, FMEA, PdM).
• Knowledge of relevant standards such as ASME, API, ANSI, etc.
