Job description
Position Summary

This position handles all water plant asset performance and maintenance tasks, Supervise O & M team, Prepare procedures and plans.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate maintenance activities for plant equipment.
  • Manage and direct preparation of maintenance plan, procedure, and policies.
  • Manage and supervise the O & M team in all aspects.
  • Develop and maintain methods of statement for maintenance activities.
  • Ensure applying Service Level Agreement for carried activities.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and issuing necessary purchase orders requests.
  • Coordinate and/or provide training programs to ensure a high level of skill and proficiency among employees supervised and to conform with the Company's health and safety guidelines as well as all environmental regulations.
  • Upgrade facility procedures and performance to optimum levels.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Evaluate personnel and make recommendations for promotions and job re-assignments.
  • Manage the petty cash expenses.
  • Replace other engineers in case of leave.
  • Ensure systems are in place for proper planning for all preventative maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: Zero to Three years.
