We are seeking dedicated and skilled Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation & Control (I&C) Commissioning Engineers to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will be integral to the commissioning process of Power Plants and Water Desalination projects, ensuring that all systems and equipment are installed, tested, and operational according to industry standards and client specifications. This role demands a high level of technical expertise and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidates will be responsible for overseeing the commissioning activities, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead the commissioning process for mechanical, electrical, and I&C systems in various energy and renewable projects.
  2. Conduct thorough inspections and tests on installed equipment to ensure proper functionality and compliance with project specifications.
  3. Develop and implement commissioning plans, schedules, and procedures to streamline the commissioning process.
  4. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure project timelines are met.
  5. Provide technical support and guidance to field personnel during installation and commissioning activities.
  6. Document all commissioning activities, including test results, issues encountered, and resolutions, for future reference and compliance.
  7. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with commissioning activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
  8. Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on commissioning best practices and procedures.
  9. Participate in project meetings and provide updates on commissioning progress and challenges.
  10. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in commissioning technologies and methodologies.
Preferred Candidate
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in commissioning roles within the energy and renewables sector.
  3. Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and I&C systems, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  5. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  7. Proficiency in using commissioning software and tools.
  8. Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
  9. Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
  10. Fluency in English;
