Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead mechanical teams in the installation and commissioning of mechanical systems on the construction site.
  • Ensure that all mechanical work aligns with project specifications, drawings, and relevant standards.
  • Monitor progress and performance, ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Conduct inspections of mechanical systems and resolve any technical issues that arise.
  • Coordinate with other departments and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on daily activities, work progress, and any issues encountered.
  • Ensure the quality and compliance of materials used in mechanical installations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in mechanical supervision, preferably in construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, installations, and construction processes.
  • Familiarity with construction project timelines, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
