Are you ready to take your operations career to the next level and join Australia’s leading beauty retailer? We are looking for a Operations Specialist to join the MECCA Karrinyup team in WA on a 10hr PPT contract.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities:

• Assist and support the store to deliver exceptional customer service by making sure stock is well replenished and presented at the highest standard
• Support management team in the delivery of MECCA’s customer service initiatives and setting areas of focus
• Complete daily stock maintenance and all cyclical stock management processes
• Contribute to the overall store performance by identifying and driving operational activities

What success looks like in this role:

• Maintain effective store operation practices that support the delivery of exceptional customer service experiences
• Demonstrate sound knowledge of brand and product offering
• Uphold and encourage a good health and safety culture
