We are seeking a highly skilled MDM Systems Administrator to join our dynamic IT Services team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems, ensuring the security and efficiency of mobile devices across the organization. You will play a critical role in implementing MDM solutions, managing device configurations, and supporting end-users in their mobile technology needs. The MDM Systems Administrator will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance mobile workflows and ensure compliance with company policies. Responsibilities
- Configure and deploy mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets, in accordance with company policies and security standards.
- Monitor and report on device compliance, security issues, and usage metrics to ensure adherence to organizational policies.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end‑users experiencing issues with mobile devices and applications.
- Collaborate with IT security teams to implement security policies and measures for mobile devices.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on MDM policies, procedures, and best practices for mobile device usage.
- Evaluate and recommend new MDM technologies and tools to enhance mobile device management capabilities.
- Develop and maintain documentation for MDM processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guidelines.

Qualifications
- Preferred Candidate: Strong experience in managing MDM solutions, preferably with systems such as Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, or similar platforms.
- Proficient in mobile operating systems, including iOS and Android, and their management.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non‑technical users.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience in a corporate IT environment, preferably within the IT services sector.
