We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Programming Senior Engineer With operation & maintenance project experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and optimizing maintenance activities across our operations, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and compliance with operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance plans and programs for operation and maintenance projects.
• Utilize and manage maintenance management software, particularly Maximo, to schedule, track, and report maintenance activities.
• Provide training and support to team members on maintenance systems and tools.
• Monitor maintenance performance indicators and ensure adherence to preventive maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure effective resource utilization and project execution.
• Prepare reports, analyses, and recommendations to enhance maintenance efficiency and reduce downtime.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in any engineering field from a recognized international university.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in engineering, with at least 3 years in Operation and Maintenance Projects.
• Proven experience in computer programming related to maintenance systems, especially Maximo.
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Resident in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama.
• Available to join immediately (within 15 days maximum).
