Qualifications

• 4–8 years of Maximo/MAS experience with at least 2 MAS projects.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure and support IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) across multiple modules.
• Conduct requirement gathering, solution design, functional configuration and testing.
• Perform troubleshooting and performance tuning of MAS environments.
• Lead or support migration activities from legacy Maximo versions to MAS.
• Work with integration teams to enable seamless data and process flows using APIs.
• Develop workflows, automation scripts, KPIs, dashboards and reports.
• Support mobile enablement using MAS Mobile.
• Ensure compliance with customer standards and security policies.
