Education

- Conduct research and development activities to identify, evaluate, and select materials for use in our products and processes.
- Perform materials characterization and testing, including mechanical, thermal, chemical, and microstructural analysis, to assess material properties and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to develop material specifications and ensure materials meet project requirements and standards.
- Provide technical expertise and support to resolve materials-related issues and challenges during product development, production, and service.
- Evaluate new materials, technologies, and processes to identify opportunities for innovation, cost reduction, and performance improvement.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including material specifications, test reports, and technical data sheets, to support product development, manufacturing, and quality control activities.
- Stay current with advances in materials science and technology, industry trends, and regulatory requirements, and apply this knowledge to enhance our materials development and engineering capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations, and promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility in materials-related activities.
Qualifications:
