Job Summary

Responsible for project planning, execution, risk management, and communication across a broad portfolio of infrastructure and maintenance programs. Requires proficiency in project management software, strong organizational skills, and a solid background in facilities and construction operations within Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, scheduling, contract management, and cost control for large construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of fire fighting systems, fire alarm systems, HVAC systems, tunnel ventilation systems, elevators, escalators, rolling shutters, and sliding doors.
• Supervise water projects, plumbing installation, and maintenance, managing site teams and ensuring adherence to specifications.
• Design and oversee solar PV system installations, collaborating with design teams and providing technical support.
• Manage technical and administrative tasks in construction projects, including FIDIC knowledge and data governance policies.
• Drive strategic program governance and liquidity management system delivery, applying Agile methodologies across multi‑vendor environments.

Qualifications and Experience

• 15 - 20 Years of project management experience in construction, facilities, and maintenance operations.
• 10 - 20 Years of experience in technical and administrative roles in water and construction projects.
• 4 - 9 Years of experience in plumbing foreman/supervisor or similar roles.
• Proficiency in Primavera, Primavera, and strong leadership skills.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, JIRA, Confluence, and data governance.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
