The successful candidate will ideally have experience in landscaping projects, especially in material submittals and approvals, and familiarity with Public Investment Fund (PIF) projects.

Responsibilities

1. Manage the procurement process for construction materials, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
2. Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities to establish long-term relationships.
3. Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and materials that can enhance project quality and reduce costs.
4. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to determine material specifications and quantities required for various projects, particularly in landscaping.
5. Monitor inventory levels and manage material requisitions to avoid project delays, especially for landscaping materials.
6. Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and conditions.
7. Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier evaluations.
8. Ensure timely delivery of materials to the construction site, coordinating with logistics and transportation teams.
