You’ll be responsible for:

• Deliver assigned design elements in line with contractual and project requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date training and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to business improvement initiatives and adopt best practice processes.
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior team members to support development.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to enable effective collaboration.
• Support operational delivery of team and regional strategies across projects.
• Champion sustainability by driving net zero carbon goals and managing associated emissions.
• Work collaboratively to ensure design excellence and successful project outcomes.

You’ll need to have:

• Degree qualification in the relevant subject essential.
• 12+ years postgraduate professional experience is essential.
• Stadium, Events or Sports venue experience is essential.
• Chartered or professional memberships is an advantage.
