Join Salla as a Marketing Specialist through the Tamheer program, where you will gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in various aspects of marketing.

As a Marketing Specialist at Salla, you will have the opportunity to specialize in one of three Roles:

  • Social Media – driving engagement by creating and managing impactful content across various platforms.
  • Graphic Design – developing creative and visually appealing designs to support our marketing initiatives.
  • Copywriting/Technical Writing – delivering compelling copy and clear technical content that strengthens brand messaging.

In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping marketing strategies, executing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance Salla’s brand presence and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the marketing team in developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Assist in creating engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, blogs, and newsletters.
  • Help manage social media accounts, including posting, scheduling, and responding to inquiries.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in marketing efforts.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of marketing events and promotions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
