Your role
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, and email marketing.
  • Develop SEO and SEM strategies to enhance online visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Manage and monitor paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media ads, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Analyze and report on digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to align digital marketing strategies with Atlas Copco’s branding and messaging guidelines.
  • Website management and content creation AEM.
Employee Event Coordination
  • Plan and execute engaging internal employee events, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and special celebrations.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to align event themes with company values and culture.
  • Develop communication materials, including invitations, announcements, and post-event highlights.
  • Ensure seamless event logistics, including vendor coordination, budgets, and on-site management.
Lead Management
  • Manage and track leads generated through all channels, including WhatsApp, email campaigns, phone inquiries, and online form submissions.
  • Coordinate with telemarketing and sales teams to ensure timely follow-up and lead conversion.
  • Optimize lead nurturing strategies to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
  • Regularly analyze and report lead performance metrics to refine strategies and improve results.
Telemarketing Campaigns
  • Collaborate with telemarketing teams to create scripts and strategies for customer outreach.
  • Support lead generation and event promotion through targeted telemarketing efforts.
  • Analyze telemarketing performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Content Creation
  • Design and deliver engaging content for social media, email campaigns, brochures, and internal communication.
  • Develop storytelling content to showcase Atlas Copco’s culture, achievements, and innovations.
Campaign Management
  • Plan, implement, and optimize digital and traditional marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
Social Media Management
  • Lead the creation, scheduling, and analysis of social media content to drive engagement.
Collaboration
  • Work closely with sales, product, and HR teams to align marketing efforts with business and employee engagement goals.
Metrics and Reporting
  • Monitor the performance of marketing and employee engagement activities, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Event Support
  • Organize trade shows, customer seminars, and other promotional events to increase brand awareness.
CRM Management
  • Maintain and optimize the CRM system (including Falcon) to ensure accurate, reliable, and up-to-date customer data.
  • Develop processes and guidelines for data entry and management, ensuring integrity across all systems.
  • Align CRM configurations to support business objectives and improve overall user experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (Writing & Speaking).
  • 0-2 years of experience.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Experience in supporting and coordinating corporate or employee events is a plus.
