Marketing Manager

Position Overview

Leading local group is currently recruiting a Marketing Manager for a significant part of their business. Due to rapid growth and expansion, this is a new position reporting directly to the Managing Director. The role will be split approximately 70% marketing and 30% business development.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the identification of market potential areas, establishing pricing and market strategies.
  2. Prepare annual sales, gross profit, and advertising budget.
  3. Coordinate with the sales team regarding operations and product information.
  4. Analyze sales trends, dealer stock levels, seasonality, and competition.
  5. Reinforce and strengthen brand image by implementing category/product strategies.
  6. Create or stimulate demand through marketing activities such as promotions, campaigns, and advertisements.
  7. Suggest channel development strategies to increase sales volume across all categories.
  8. Develop mid-term marketing strategies in collaboration with the General Manager.
Candidate Requirements
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (excellent communication skills).
  • Own a car and have a valid driving license.
  • Degree in Marketing; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in marketing, product management, and business development.
  • Preference for candidates with multi-brand experience in consumer electronics.
Additional Skills

Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a bonus.
