Job Summary (List Format) :
  • Lead the overall marketing strategy and execution for Garmin in Saudi Arabia, focusing on increasing brand visibility and driving sales growth.
  • Develop and implement annual marketing plans covering ATL, BTL, digital, influencer, retail, and event channels.
  • Localize global marketing guidelines and campaigns to fit the Saudi market.
  • Manage product launch timelines, brand calendars, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
  • Plan and execute retail marketing activities, including in-store activations, demos, visual merchandising, and support for new store openings.
  • Oversee digital and performance marketing, including Amazon / Noon campaigns, social media, paid ads, landing pages, and CRM management.
  • Handle influencer and creator partnerships across fitness, outdoor, cycling, and lifestyle segments.
  • Produce and maintain high-quality, localized content and creative assets for various Garmin product categories.
  • Build and manage partnerships with gyms, clubs, sporting events, and plan experiential activations and sponsorships.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, ROI, and funnel metrics; provide monthly reports to management.
  • Manage budgets, vendor payments, and provide quarterly cost projections.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, and e-commerce teams for launch plans and inventory alignment.
  • Support sub-distributors with marketing materials and localized assets.
  • Requires 5 8 years of marketing experience, ideally in electronics, wearables, lifestyle tech, or sports sectors.
  • Must have hands-on experience in digital marketing, retail activation, Amazon / Noon advertising, and influencer management.
  • Must be fluent in English (Arabic preferred) and have knowledge of the Saudi market and media landscape.
  • Success is measured by increased brand visibility, growth in retail and e-commerce sales, enhanced community engagement, and effective cross-team collaboration.
