Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a strong and consistent brand identity for the company across all platforms and marketing channels.
- Strategize and implement effective brand positioning to differentiate the company in the competitive events industry.
- Work with the team to create integrated marketing campaigns that support both brand awareness and specific event promotions, ensuring cohesion across digital, print, and experiential marketing.
External Communication & Agency Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic lead for the external marketing agency managing the company’s brand, digital assets, and communications.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all public-facing platforms, including the website, social media, campaigns, and external publications.
- Provide the agency with clear, timely updates on the company’s latest activities, initiatives, and events to ensure accurate and strategic media coverage.
- Supervise and guide the agency in producing compelling content that highlights the company’s involvement in national and industry-relevant events.
Event Marketing & Promotions
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans for each event, covering both pre-event promotion, on-site branding, and post-event engagement.
- Drive event awareness and engagement through targeted campaigns, working with the Digital Marketing Manager to leverage SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing strategies.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships and sponsorships to enhance event visibility, generate revenue, and strengthen the event's brand presence.
Internal Communication & Employee Engagement
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies that promote transparency, unity, and cultural alignment throughout the organization.
- Plan and manage internal initiatives including seasonal campaigns, national and religious holiday celebrations, employee recognition programs, and team-building activities.
- Collaborate with HR to strengthen the employer brand by showcasing company culture, employee achievements, and growth opportunities.
- Evaluate communication effectiveness using surveys, feedback tools, and performance metrics; recommend ongoing enhancements.
Digital Marketing & Performance Monitoring
- Partner with the agency to develop and execute the company’s digital marketing strategy, including social media, paid media, SEO, and email campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generating insights and optimizations based on results.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Events, Public Relations, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a focus on corporate communication, brand management, and digital engagement.
Other
- Proven experience in managing internal and external communication strategies.
- Strong understanding of content development, social media management, digital marketing strategies, and branding principles.
- Experience handling communication during crises or reputational challenges is essential.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in content and design review, with a solid grasp of visual storytelling, creative direction, and tone of voice consistency
