They are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join the team in Riyadh.

Position Overview

As the Marketing Manager for our hypermarkets in Riyadh, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives, market trends, and customer insights. Utilize various channels such as digital marketing, traditional advertising, promotions, and events to effectively reach target audiences.
  • Brand Management: Uphold and enhance the brand image of our hypermarkets in Riyadh. Develop brand positioning, messaging, and creative assets that resonate with our target market. Ensure consistency in branding across all touchpoints.
  • Customer Engagement: Drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty through innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives. Leverage customer data and feedback to personalize marketing efforts and enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, website optimization, and online advertising. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and technologies to maximize online visibility and engagement.
  • Promotions and Events: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal sales events, and in-store activations to drive foot traffic and sales. Collaborate with merchandising teams to align promotions with product assortment and inventory management.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to identify market opportunities and consumer preferences. Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve performance metrics.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely execution of marketing initiatives. Monitor and analyze ROI to measure the effectiveness of marketing investments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, operations, merchandising, and finance to ensure seamless execution of marketing programs. Foster strong relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
