As a Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute integrated marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our brand presence in the IT market. This role is responsible for the full funnel, from lead generation and campaign management to sales enablement and performance analysis. This is a full-time, remote, mid-level position in a growing technology company.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and implement comprehensive monthly marketing and sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Conduct market research to analyze competitors, pricing, and identify target audience needs.
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, analyzing performance data to improve results.
  • Identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with marketing partners, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Own the process of generating, qualifying, and nurturing leads through various marketing channels.
  • Analyze sales and marketing performance data to create reports and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive and coordinated go-to-market efforts.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform future marketing strategies and product enhancements.
  • Oversee the company’s presence at industry conferences and trade shows to build brand visibility.
Success Indicators
  • Achieve or exceed quarterly sales quotas and marketing-qualified lead (MQL) targets.
  • Consistently deliver data-driven marketing plans that align with revenue goals.
  • Demonstrate a measurable return on investment (ROI) for all marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads for the sales function.

Work Setup & Collaboration

  • You will work independently to manage projects and deadlines, with regular check-ins.
