Responsibilities
  • Participates in the formulation and implementation of the Marketing department plans to ensure alignment with Dallah’s overall objectives and business plans.
  • Participate in the development of Marketing department policies, and procedures and ensures implementation of all relevant procedural/legislative requirements.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of Marketing department by facilitating related professional work processes to achieve high performance standards.
  • Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities.
  • Organizing events for employees and their teams.
  • Regularly collects feedback from others on personal performance.
  • Demonstrates understanding of strengths and areas of development.
  • Proactively seeks opportunities to learn and grow to keep their skill set relevant.
  • Stays connected with important stakeholders and shares required information.
  • Participating in the development of the quality of events and exhibitions by 90% through continuous work and coordination with relevant parties.
Qualifications
  • 2 to 4 of experience in marketing and communication.
