Job Title: Marketing Manager.

Job Purpose: Manage all aspects of marketing activities to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth, ensuring alignment of marketing strategies with the company’s overall objectives

Required Educational Level:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field
Required Experience:
- 8 years of experience in Marketing Management or any related field.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and advertising plans aligned with the company's overall business strategy.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and cost efficiency.
- Identify target markets and customer segments to customize marketing efforts effectively.
- Manage market research and analyze competitor activities and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
- Review and approve all marketing content, including advertising, social media posts, presentations, events, and photos.
- Coordinate with production, R&D, retail brand, e-commerce and country sales teams to create marketing plans for new product launches and updates, maximizing market impact.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels to ensure a cohesive and recognizable brand identity.
- Manage the development of packaging materials to ensure they meet design standards and effectively represent the product.
- Oversee public relations activities to enhance the company\'s public image, including media relations, press releases, and event coordination.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with external vendors and agencies to achieve favorable terms.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, set clear objectives and evaluate team achievement and performance.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies and make adjustments as needed.
- Participate in regular meetings with department managers to address any challenges or issues that may arise.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on marketing KPIs, including performance, budget, campaign results, market trends, and customer engagement.
