Job description

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Manager to lead our company’s rebranding and strengthen Haala Energy’s position as a trusted solar and sustainability brand in Saudi Arabia. This role is well suited to a creative professional that is detail oriented and can lead our brand refresh, produce impactful content, manage our digital presence, and coordinate events and communications.

The main responsibilities of the Marketing Manager:

Branding & Strategic Projects

  • Lead Haala Energy’s full rebranding initiative, including new brand positioning, visual identity, and messaging.
  • Manage the website redesign: working with designers, developers, and content writers to deliver a modern, SEO-optimized site that communicates our expertise and values.
  • Develop updated brand guidelines and ensure consistent implementation across all touchpoints and materials.

Digital Marketing & Content

  • Oversee our social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.), maintaining a professional and engaging presence aligned with brand tone.
  • Plan and publish email newsletters, case studies, and blog posts that highlight our projects, partnerships, and thought leadership in solar energy.
  • Implement and monitor SEO and content strategies to increase visibility and generate leads.
  • Track and report marketing performance using analytics tools.

Events & PR

  • Organize and manage signing ceremonies, industry events, and exhibitions, ensuring strong brand representation.
  • Draft and distribute press releases and liaise with media partners to promote company milestones.
  • Support corporate communications, including photography, videos, and post-event coverage.

Marketing Collateral & Internal Materials

  • Review and enhance the layout and design of proposals, company profiles, brochures, and project portfolios, ensuring they reflect the updated brand.
  • Collaborate with business development and engineering teams to align content and visual storytelling.
  • Maintain a library of branded templates and marketing assets.

In addition to the above, the Marketing Manager is expected to coordinate and work effectively with other members of the team, and to assist with furthering the goals of the company in general, even where this may involve work that is not strictly related to their day-to-day responsibilities.

Potential candidates should have:

  • 5–8 years of marketing experience, preferably in renewable energy, engineering, or B2B industries.
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Proven track record of managing rebranding and/or website development projects.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, content marketing, and digital tools.
  • Experience with social media management, SEO, and email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Basic design proficiency (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, PowerPoint) is an asset.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to represent Haala Energy professionally across industry events, partnerships, and client interactions.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

In addition, the following attributes would be an advantage:

  • Direct experience in the solar PV or broader renewable energy sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the Saudi commercial and industrial market.
