Job Summary:
The Marketing Lead is responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing strategies to grow the brand, increase engagement, and drive customer acquisition. The role ensures seamless end-to-end execution across campaigns, events, and digital initiatives. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in app marketing and growth (user acquisition, activation, retention, lifecycle marketing), with hands-on experience in campaigns focused on customer conversion and product scalability. Experience in the sports industry, preferably padel or racket sports, is highly desirable, particularly in supporting on-ground activities, community growth, and customer engagement.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies aligned with business goals and growth targets.
- Develop and execute app marketing initiatives, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing.
- 2. Brand Identity & Consistency: Ensure all marketing assets maintain consistent messaging and visual branding.
- 3. Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and event platforms.
- Optimize app performance through A/B testing, funnel analysis, and continuous enhancement of the customer journey.
Secondary Responsibilities
- 1. Stakeholder & Sponsor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- 2. Cross-Functional Coordination & Performance Monitoring: Coordinate with internal teams and ensure timely execution of campaign deliverables.
- 3. Event & Activation Support: Support on-ground sports events, app awareness campaigns, and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in marketing operations or campaign execution.
- Proven background in app marketing and growth, including user acquisition, activation, retention strategies, and scaling product adoption.
- Experience in sports, preferably padel, is a strong plus (community activation, partnerships, events).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to detail.
