Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead and manage all marketing activities including corporate marketing, digital marketing, campaigns, and brand management.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and performance measurement of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop marketing teams to achieve high performance.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, partners, and vendors.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
  • Provide regular performance reports and ROI analysis to senior management.
  • Support business growth initiatives and enhance customer experience.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 8–10 years of experience in marketing, with proven leadership experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Strong expertise in marketing strategy development and execution.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, brand management, and analytics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English.
