Job Purpose / Objective
Coordinate marketing activities in order to achieve overall marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Support the Marketing Manager in day to day marketing activities such as preparing marketing strategy, plans, policies and processes.
- Responsible for continuous advertising for HMG services to achieve HMG objectives.
- Organize Educational Leaflets, Booklets, Brochures other promotional material and arrange its distribution.
- Receive advertising material, review, proofread and finalize artwork and send the finalized copy to Marketing Manager for approval.
- Establish and maintain appropriate database system of HMG Business growth.
- Receive and respond effectively and efficiently to all incoming requests from HMG offices for purpose of advertising any new services related to HMG.
- Organize and adverting HMG campaigns and marketing activities.
- Generate reports for Marketing Manager to monitor results.
- Ensure the implementation of marketing services according to HMG policy & procedure and/ or Media and Marketing department.
- Make sure that all HMG promotion channels, for example, the website, Facebook, Twitter and the YouTube movie channel, are used consistently and repeatedly.
- Participates in person-centered care initiatives undertaken by HMG.
- Enriches patient experience with compassion, respect and dignity.
- Performs other applicable tasks and duties within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities, commensurate with his/her assignment.
Education/ Professional Qualification
- Educational : Bachelor’s Degree
- Professional : Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Certification : Marketing or relevant certifications
Experience
- Two (2) years of relevant experience, ideally in the healthcare related field
