تبحث شركة رائدة في التسويق عن موظف دعم تسويقي في الرياض. يتضمن الدور المساعدة في إعداد حملات تسويقية فعالة بالتعاون مع الشركاء الخارجيين. تتطلب الوظيفة درجة جامعية في التسويق، ومهارات تواصل قوية، وفهم جيد للسوق السعودية.

Qualifications

• درجة ماجستير مفضلة أو خبرة مثبتة في دور مشابه.
• وعي بسوق العمل في السعودية والسوق الدولية.

Responsibilities

• دعم في إعداد وتوزيع وتتبع المواد التسويقية.
• المساعدة في تنفيذ خطط التسويق الداخلية والخارجية.
• البحث والتنسيق مع شركاء التسويق الخارجيين.

• Support in drafting, circulating, and tracking marketing materials and creative ideas.
• Assist in implementing internal and external marketing plans to ensure visibility and engagement.
• Research and coordinate with external marketing partners such as advertising agencies and production companies.
• Help supervise brand content and maintain access to brand assets.
• Contribute to understanding the brand audience and ensure brand alignment with modern marketing practices and Saudi market standards.
• Stay up to date with marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Support marketing-related research and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Job Requirements

• University degree in Marketing or a similar field; postgraduate degree preferred or proven experience in a similar role.
• Advocacy skills.
• Awareness of the KSA/international labour market.
• Empathy and emotional intelligence.
• Communication skills.
