We are looking for a Marketing Communications Coordinator to support the development and execution of innovative marketing and communication strategies that promote our brand, services, and unique guest experiences.

About the Role: As a Marketing Communications Coordinator, you will assist in coordinating marketing, PR, and digital content activities, ensuring consistent brand messaging and enhanced visibility across all platforms, including social media, digital channels, print media, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Communications Support
  • Assist in implementing the hotel’s marketing and communications strategies
  • Draft, edit, and proofread marketing copy, press releases, and internal communications
  • Support promotional campaign development and coordinate marketing collateral production
  • Maintain and update marketing materials and digital content
Digital Marketing & Content Management
  • Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Collaborate with designers and photographers for digital campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance and prepare reports
  • Update and maintain website and third-party platform content
Public Relations & Media Relations
  • Assist in coordinating media visits, influencer stays, and press events
  • Prepare media kits, press releases, and PR materials
  • Maintain media and influencer contact lists
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare monthly PR reports
Brand Management
  • Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and tone of voice
  • Liaise with internal departments for accurate promotional content
  • Support seasonal campaigns and brand standard implementations
Administrative & Coordination Tasks
  • Track marketing activities and maintain campaign calendars
  • Support budget tracking and invoice processing
  • Prepare monthly marketing activity reports and presentations
  • Maintain organized archives of creative assets and media coverage
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality or tourism
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic (mandatory)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CMS, email marketing, and social media tools preferred
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
