About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing & Branding Manager to lead our marketing, branding, and digital communication efforts for a fast-growing franchise restaurant brand. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in social media marketing, influencer collaborations, and brand strategy, with proven success in the food & beverage sector and a deep understanding of Saudi culture and consumer trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Lead branding and rebranding initiatives to maintain a strong, consistent, and culturally relevant brand image.
  • Plan, manage, and analyze social media and digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and X.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with influencers and content creators to amplify brand awareness.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content — photos, videos, and copy — aligned with brand identity.
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer insight analysis to inform marketing decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, franchise partners, and creative teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Manage and monitor marketing budgets, campaign performance, and ROI metrics.
  • Drive customer loyalty initiatives and local engagement programs tailored to the Saudi market.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with franchise brand standards and local market regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in marketing, branding, or digital communication roles — preferably within the F&B, hospitality, or franchise industries.
  • Demonstrated success in social media marketing, influencer collaboration, and brand activation campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian culture, audience behavior, and current market trends.
  • Hands‑on experience with branding, rebranding, and digital content creation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Strategic thinker with creative flair, strong leadership, and project management skills.
Preferred
  • Previous experience in F&B franchise marketing within Saudi Arabia.
