Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the application and management of standardized manufacturing / production methods and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure performance of processes through non‑hierarchical animation of teams.
  • Align resources with needs within short‑term horizon, execute trainings where necessary for successful execution of standardized work, and lead short‑interval management at line / process level.
  • Formulate and, when necessary, escalate issues; be a strong contributor to continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and 5S rules throughout the sector, including reporting and managing incidents and near misses.
  • Identify non‑compliant situations and behaviors.
  • Ensure proper application of the Process Quality Control Plan.
  • Contribute or lead continuous improvement actions.
  • Make sure operators are trained and validate training levels.
  • Drive real‑time adjustments of staff according to needs.
  • Drive actions to achieve service level, quality products, and WIP to reach productivity goals.
  • Synchronize support function actors on short‑term actions.
  • Escalate any disruptions occurring during the shift according to the escalation process.
  • Lead level‑1 short‑interval cycle according to lean manufacturing rules, ensuring the quality of information provided to the Supervisor for level‑2 short‑interval cycle.
  • Provide technical assistance (levels 1‑3) to operators and drivers in manufacturing.
  • Ensure consistent optimal operation of the means.
  • Perform complex settings.
  • Manage changes over and setup, maintenance activities (levels 1‑3).
  • Supervise prototype adjustment.
  • Ensure the quality data in the IT system (CMMS, ERP, etc.).
Qualifications
  • 1‑2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • English level B1.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of quality improvement tools, techniques, and models.
  • Knowledge of performance management tools (LDS/DISS/MES/ERP, etc.).
