The role

We are looking for a Solutions Consulting Manager to lead the Middle East & Africa pre-sales team. This role focuses on managing a team of new and experienced pre‑sales solutions consultants that delivers deep technical and marketing domain expertise throughout the sales cycle, ensuring Adobe solutions across Digital Experience and Digital Media are positioned effectively, aligned with customer needs, and clearly demonstrate business value. We are looking for someone who has passion and enthusiasm and displays Adobe's core values which are “Own the Outcome”, “Raise the Bar”, “Be Genuine” and “Create the Future”.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, train and develop the Solutions Consultants that you lead, support the individuals on the team perform to the best of their abilities
  • Develop and execute Solutions Consulting selling strategies across different industry verticals like Public sector, FSi, Travel & Hospitality, Retail and others and find opportunities for process improvements
  • Serve as an inspiring leader and guide the team on both established & cutting edge technologies like Generative and Agentic AI, Marketing Automation, Content & Asset scaling, Workflow management, Customer data & personalised journeys and others
  • Implement and measure the use of Value Selling and the Adobe demo methodology strategies in sales engagements
  • Mentor and coach individual performance, deliver constructive feedback and build development plans to address any deficiencies
  • Drive the team to be more innovative and develop ideas that drives the right customer experience
  • Run resourcing activities, ensure reporting hygiene & build reports to analyse team’s efficiency and how it can be improved
  • Work in close alignment with other pre sales leaders in other regions to align on and execute pre sales strategy for the MEA region
  • Work closely with the sales organisation to ensure we are engaging effectively in sales opportunities and ensuring efficient resourcing of Solutions Consultants
  • Be the sales organisation’s technical voice to sales management, product management, support and engineering.
  • Engage with customers during the sales cycle and in the post sales phase to act as a sponsor for customer success & value realisation
  • Develop a business partner relationship with the aligned Sales leader, engage in regular meetings to help resolve how we can work effectively as a team
  • Work closely with cross functional teams like partner management & marketing to deliver industry events and seminars to build and progress pipeline
Desired Skills And Experience
  • Over 8 years of demonstrated experience as a pre-sales/Solutions Consultant in the software industry.
  • 5+ years experience as a people manager, with the capability to mentor and grow a high-achieving team, ideally in the Middle East.
  • Proficiency in Arabic language and experience working in the Middle East and Africa regions.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to guide and present to a varied audience.
  • Exceptional coordination, organization, and team-building abilities.
  • Ability to communicate technical and business information to widely varied audience.
  • A strong sense of urgency, creativity, field, and passion for driving strategic pre-sales engagements.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, capable of clearly conveying technical and business information.
