Job Description:

Senior Analyst / Manager / Lead – OT / IC Cybersecurity. Reports To: Head – Regional Business Operations ME&CIS. Department/Section: Business Segment – Middle East, Africa and Europe and Global Support hub. Work Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Job Grade: Manager / Senior Manager.

The cybersecurity team helps clients identify and evaluate security gaps in industrial control systems (ICS), subsequently driving the implementation of solutions to mitigate security exposure. Our team members are expected to anticipate security requirements, analyse and understand the client security posture and formulate right‑sized solutions based on industry leading practices tailored to their specific industries. As our team member you will be:

  • Leading discussions with customers for obtaining the order related to cybersecurity as well as implementation of the order once received.
  • Ensuring profitability of the cybersecurity orders received in the region.
  • Performing analysis of the architecture and infrastructure of Industrial Control Systems (SCADA/DCS/IIoT) in terms of cyber security.
  • Designing and implementing cybersecurity solutions for Industrial Control Systems.
  • Supporting our leading IC security projects within a Security Transformation program.
  • Developing IC Control Frameworks, based on industry best practices as well as international and applicable national standards.
  • Implementing or improving IC security management processes at the clients’ organization.
  • Managing operations and bringing profitability of all projects and overall performance of the company from a P&L perspective.
  • Possession of any security certificates (e.g. CSSA, GICSP) is a plus.
  • Travel approximately 30–40% annually.

Work Experience?

Must have minimum 10–18 years of work experience in cybersecurity related to OT domain preferably focused on power transmission and distribution.

Good to have Skills:
  • Certifications such as GICSP (Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional), CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ISA/IEC 62443 Expert, CEH, GCIA, GCFE.
  • CCNA, CCNP.
  • Sales Acumen.
Requirements:

Candidate will have a control systems security background with relevant previous experience in a technical or consulting environment. The successful candidate should have:

  • Higher Degree (Bachelor or Master) in Engineering, Science with specialization in IT/CS, EEE, ECE and any engineering.
  • Knowledge and experience (designing, commissioning or maintaining) IC systems: SCADA, EMS, DCS or PLC. Experience in supporting or troubleshooting industrial protocols such as OPC, Modbus TCP, HART etc.
  • Knowledge of any security standard e.g.: IEC 62443/ISA 99, NIST SP 800-82, NERC CIP.
  • Knowledge of OTCC and KSA’s Essential Cybersecurity Controls.
  • A passion for advisory and Cybersecurity topics together with willingness for continuous self‑development.
  • Industrial Control System Networking knowledge. CCNA & CCNP certification is plus.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) allowing them to communicate with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Ability to author technical and non‑technical documents for varying audiences from technical automation personnel to senior security or operations personnel.
  • Manager, operate and bring profitability of all projects and overall performance of the company from a P&L perspective.
