Job Purpose
The Programs Unit within Qiddiya Investment Company is dedicated to initiating, planning, executing, and monitoring high-impact programs that align with the strategic objectives of the organization. The Manager of Programs will play a critical role in leading the design, development, and implementation of innovative programs that enhance operational efficiency, stakeholder engagement, and overall project success.
Role Description Core Accountabilities
- Develop and baseline the IDS for the assigned district/workstream in line with strategic milestones and BOD-approved phasing.
- Manage monthly IDS updates and coordinate timely handover to CDU for IMS integration.
- Collaborate with internal teams and consultants to ensure schedule accuracy, scope alignment, and interface management.
- Identify dependencies and support schedule risk assessments to inform planning strategies.
- Participate in Stage Gate reviews by ensuring IDS alignment with CMP/DMP and CDU gating requirements.
- Provide schedule insights and reporting inputs to support executive dashboards and planning reviews.
- Manage planning resources for the assigned scope and contribute to continuous improvement across the MDU planning function.

Knowledge, Qualifications & Skills required
- Essential (must have to perform the role):
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
- • 7+ years of experience in program management, project management, or related fields with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Desirable (advantageous):
- • Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.)
- • Experience in the entertainment, leisure, or real estate sectors.
- • Proficiency in Arabic would be an advantage.
- • Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6 and high-level schedule structuring.
- • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across technical and executive levels.
- • Strong understanding of master planning, development phasing, and program integration in large-scale urban projects.
