  • Apply AI-driven analytics to identify risks, forecast trends, and recommend proactive measures.
  • Support the development of predictive models for schedule performance and milestone tracking.
  • Enhance reporting outputs with advanced visualizations and analytics dashboards.
  • Benchmark planning data analytics against international best practices.

Technical Responsibilities
  • Collect, clean, and analyze planning data across Business Units and Delivery Partners.
  • Apply AI-driven analytics to identify risks, forecast trends, and recommend proactive measures.
  • Support the development of predictive models for schedule performance and milestone tracking.
  • Enhance reporting outputs by introducing advanced visualizations and analytics dashboards.
  • Benchmark planning data analytics against international best practices in real estate and infrastructure delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Digital Delivery to leverage digital platforms for integrated planning-data insights.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across BU submissions.
  • Provide technical input into EOT claim analysis and forecasting.
  • Train BU planning teams in using advanced planning analytics tools.
  • Document lessons learned and recommend continuous improvement in reporting processes.
Qualifications
  • Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, Engineering, or Project Analytics.
  • Experience: 8–12 years in planning analytics, project controls, or data-driven decision-making in mega/giga projects.
