About the Role

Are you a data‑driven digital marketer who thrives on delivering precision, performance, and measurable impact through paid media?

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer acquisition for RX through the strategic use of display and paid social advertisement platforms.

Yours is a role that will manage campaigns across platforms such as Google, Microsoft, DV360, Meta, TikTok, Snap, and other programmatic display networks continually fine‑tuning audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative performance to maximize ROI.

You'll design and execute full‑funnel campaigns, manage media budgets, ensuring alignment with our commercial goals and report actionable insights that drive strategic optimization and sustained growth.

Importantly, innovative strategies leveraging advanced audience segmentation, dynamic creatives, and cross‑platform optimization.

Moreover, collaborating closely with teams across Analytics, Content, Creative, SEO, SEM, and Affiliate Marketing, you’ll ensure cohesive messaging and data‑driven performance across all digital touchpoints.

About You

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate at least 6 years progressive experience in digital advertising within high‑performance industries such as airlines, travel, or e‑commerce.

You’ll be required to possess strong expertise across metasearch, retargeting, programmatic display, and paid social platforms, with hands‑on experience using the GoogleMarketing Platform, DV360, MetaAdsManager, and MicrosoftDisplayNetwork.

All while having a collaborative mindset, the confidence to manage external vendors and cross‑functional teams, and the strategic vision to align campaigns with broader commercial priorities.
