Role Description

• Carry out daily Operational Procurement activities to support uninterrupted data center operations
• Align procurement with maintenance schedules and emergency needs
• Manage relationships with local and regional suppliers
• Coordinate with vendors for planned and unplanned maintenance
• Monitor vendor compliance with safety and certification standards
• Provide immediate procurement support during emergencies
• Maintain visibility of critical spare parts and consumables
• Track supply levels and ensure alternate vendors are available
• Collaborate with internal teams for inventory and vendor performance
• Align site-level procurement with regional practices

Minimum Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Engineering or Procurement-related discipline
• Familiarity with MEP systems, UPS units, HVAC systems, and diesel generators
• Understanding of preventive/reactive maintenance procurement cycles

Minimum Experience

• Minimum 6+ years in Operational Procurement or Supply Chain Operations in Data Centers
• Proven track record in spare parts procurement, vendor coordination, and contract implementation
