Job description
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Focus Area

Get results through team contribution, increase quality and accuracy, showing transparent and comprehensive analytic reports, and provide actions to optimize the resources and avoid cost or delay of the provided services.

Operational / Functional
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
  • Ensure proper handling, labeling, and preservation of materials and spare parts.
  • Maintain stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and full physical inventories.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to improve space utilization and reduce handling time.
  • Implement FIFO/FEFO principles to minimize obsolescence and expired stock.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) regulations.
  • Manage inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely material availability at sites.
  • Oversee documentation of receipts, transfers, issues, and returns in ERP systems.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Develop and enforce warehouse and inventory policies, SOPs, and KPIs.
  • Ensure alignment with procurement, supply chain, and operations teams for demand planning.
  • Monitor inventory levels, min-max, and reorder points to balance availability and working capital.
  • Lead root cause analysis for stock discrepancies, shrinkage, or material shortages.
  • Implement automation, digital warehouse systems, and barcoding/RFID tracking.
  • Coordinate with finance to ensure accurate valuation, capitalization, and write-off processes.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing full transparency on material records.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (lean warehouse, 5S, digitization, etc.).
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs in logistics and spare parts management.
