What You Will Do
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day live operations to ensure smooth execution across all platforms.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Support, Product, and Engineering, to resolve operational challenges.
  • Develop and enforce operational processes, best practices, and standards.
  • Respond to critical incidents and coordinate rapid resolution to minimize impact on users.
  • Drive initiatives that optimize workflow, enhance customer experience, and support business growth.
